Order Process

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Please allow 1-2 business days for handling on regular non-custom orders and 3-5 business days for custom orders. Once order is ready to ship, you will receive notification along with tracking information. Shipping charges (if any) are calculated based on weight or volume of the package, destination, and delivery method selected by the customer.

We do not ship to international address.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping cost is $8 per item and items are shipped by USPS Priority or FedEx Ground (please allow standard transit time from California) and will typically arrive in three (3) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

If the merchandise you receive from us does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the original shipping date for a refund for the cost of the merchandise excluding shipping and handling charges.

• Products must be in the condition you received them to receive a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
• DO NOT FOLD OR CREASE HAT BRIMS.
• Contact iselections.net customer service to obtain a return authorization number for your return. Returns without prior return authorization are not accepted and will not be refunded.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. If it's not possible, it must be returned in a packaging similar to its original packaging.
• All customized goods are non-returnable because each cap is uniquely made per order!
